Refund policy
You are my top priority (after my art)! I want you to be completely delighted with your purchase, so if you have any concerns, please contact me right away. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at kat@katorriginal.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
And of course, please contact me asap if the art or stationery was damaged in shipping, I will replace or refund the damaged item once it has been returned to me. I make every effort to pack items as carefully as possible but sometimes damage occurs in transit.
Colors vary on every monitor, so if the art is not what you want or expected, please contact me.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or store gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have questions about a potential exchange, contact me first at kat@katorriginal.com.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
